Miss Massa Donso
Massa Donzo is an entrepreneur driven by resilience, growth, and a passion for service. She began her business journey in 2002, launching a cleaning business that laid the foundation for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Alongside entrepreneurship, Massa has worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), dedicating her time to supporting and uplifting others in their daily lives.
Over the years, she continued to evolve, embracing new opportunities and expanding her vision. This growth led her to establish SazayaProducts, an online jewelry business created to offer meaningful, stylish, and carefully curated pieces for every occasion. Her transition into the jewelry industry reflects her belief in continuous improvement and her desire to empower others through beauty, confidence, and self-expression.
Massa’s journey is a testament to perseverance and the power of upgrading one’s skills, mindset, dreams and turning experience into purpose and passion into a thriving brand.
Mr. Theophilus K Joe
Theophilus KAS Joe is a dedicated technology professional, insurance agent, and public servant with a diverse background spanning information technology, cybersecurity, insurance, and human services. He began his technical career as a Desktop Support Technician, earning a Computer Support Technician certificate from Lincoln Technology in Moorestown, New Jersey, along with the CompTIA A+ certification. He is currently pursuing the CompTIA Security+ certification and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
In addition to his work in technology, Theophilus is an experienced insurance agent who has worked with multiple insurance companies, helping individuals and families understand coverage options and making informed financial decisions. His ability to communicate clearly and build trust reflects his reputation as a true people person.
Theophilus has also been actively engaged in website development, undertaking multiple digital projects and currently building and managing the SazayaProducts website, where he applies his technical skills to support online business growth.
Prior to his work in the United States, Theophilus served 20 years as a police officer in Liberia, gaining extensive experience in leadership, discipline, and community service. He has also worked as a Residential Counselor, providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with a wide range of disabilities.
Through every role, Theophilus brings together technical expertise, service, and empathy—bridging technology, security, business, and human service with professionalism and purpose.
